Returns accepted "ONLY" if item received is incorrect or arrives damaged. Otherwise, all sales are final. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Buyer MUST request an RMA# and return address before an item can be returned. Item must be returned in New/Unused condition (no pet hair, cigarette smoke, dirt, etc.) in order to receive refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping expense. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
